❓ What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. 🪪
❓ Do you take my insurance?
Our front desk team is happy to walk you through your coverage and answer any questions before your visit. 💙 No insurance? Ask us about our in-house Blueberry Membership Club. 🌟
